Our Medical Summary Process
- After receiving raw medical records from client, we go through all the provided records, arrange them in sorted manner/sort them, then we bookmark and list records according to client preference and proceed with precise summary of sorted medical records to create final product as per client requirement
- Our summaries provide relevant and accurate information in SOAP format based on provided medical records.
- All notes such as doctor’s notes, nurses notes, progress notes, consultations, televisits, message notes, hospitalization records and all type of therapy notes (PT, OT, massage, chiropractic etc) etc. is taken into consideration
- We also consider all other records apart from medical records as per client requirement
- Our expert team completes and delivers summaries after quality check and in a timely manner
